We respect your privacy and are committed to to protecting the personal information you share with us. Generally, you can browse through our website without giving us any information about yourself. When we do need your personal information to provide services that you request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information, this policy describes how we collect and use your personal information.
When you contact us, the personal data that you provide will be retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Collection Storage and Use of Personal Data
When you browse our website you do so anonymously. We don't automatically collect personal information. The only methods through which we collect personal data from you are when you fill in our online forms or contact us by telephone or email. We require this information in order to provide you with the services you request and to enable you to use the members facilities on our website once you have chosen to set up an account with us, i.e. when you become one of our clients.
We may store personal data on our systems in order to maintain your services or to execute business transactions between us. We take all reasonable precautions to maintain and store personal data in a safe environment and ensure that obsolete data is destroyed in a timely and effective manner.
Third Parties
We will not release personal customer information to third parties except a) as necessary to execute the terms of your order. For example your details may be utilised by third party Internet Service Providers or Domain Registries we deal with, who will also maintain the privacy of any personal data, and b) if we are required to do so by law, to enforce our terms and conditions, or in urgent circumstances to protect personal safety, the public and our website.

We may occasionally contact you by email with details of offers for similar or directly related services that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be contacted by us this way, please contact privacy@futect.co.uk to notify us and to opt out of all future marketing.
Cookies
